		<description>Hi Annette! Thanks for the feedback... It's funny, I feel a bit like the tips I'm writing for new teachers are just the same stuff that we're all told in Teaching101 class, but it's amazing how different they seem to me now that they're internalised through (trying to) act on them... 

Like you say, the challenge is to keep acting on the important things (and not get worn down!)</description>
